Beginning Tuesday, Jan. 16, the following automatically assigned Epic Referral Scheduling Statuses will no longer be available for manual assignment:
- Automation Contacted 1x
- Automation Contacted 2x
- Automation Contacted, Declined
- Automation Contacted, Ready to Schedule
- Automation Contacted, Scheduled
- Automation Contacted (Multi. Referrals)
- Patient Non-Responsive
- External – Ready to Schedule
- External – Some Visits Complete
- External – All Visits Complete
Removing these statuses as options will make the list shorter and reduce the risk of assigning the wrong scheduling status. If you have any issues, contact the IT Service Desk, 832.667.5600, and ask for the CARE team to discuss the issue further.
