Change to POS Payment Posting Options

For All Epic Users That Process Payments 

Effective Sunday, Feb. 16

Epic departments that process scanned checks will no longer see Check as an option in the Other menu within POS Payment Posting. This change is intended to guide you to either scan checks or enter the check data in the Bank Account Payment pop-up box in order to process the payment. Both methods will process the payment electronically. This change does not impact back-end payment posting or protocols in place for processing international or third-party/business checks.
