Starting Monday, Oct. 30, Blood Administration reports in Epic’s Transfusion report and code narrator will be updated to include the total volume of blood products transfused. The current report only displays the name of the product and its corresponding total. This change removes the need for nurses to manually calculate the daily total of transfused volumes.
