Are You Responsible for Submitting Incident Reports?

When an incident occurs, IT staff responsible for the system or application must submit a formal Incident Report.

Use the link below to access BC in the Cloud and use your HM network username and password to log in.

To Create a New Incident Report

When BC in the Cloud Experiences a Planned or Unplanned Downtime 

If BC in the Cloud experiences an unplanned downtime, an IT Incident Alert will be sent to everyone in IT for general awareness.

In the event of an incident, complete the Alternate IT Incident Reporting Form to send notification to the IT-CCM distribution group. Click the link below.

Designated ITOC leadership should monitor their emails for IT Incident Alerts, as automated text messaging may be unavailable.

If you are a manager/director of an impacted group, please follow your standard incident response protocols.
