AVS Simplified, Signs and Symptoms Discharge Grids Automatically Print

Starting Monday, Aug. 29, the After Visit Summary (AVS) will be simplified and the Signs and Symptoms Discharge Grid will automatically print. This will provide patients with a clearer understanding of important discharge information, like how to manage their post-discharge care and when and who to call, if they have concerns.
