Availity Will Replace Our Current Real Time Eligibility Vendor
Effective Monday, Jan. 23 (in phases)
Beginning Monday, Jan. 23, to more efficiently and accurate collect payor benefits, Availity will replace our current Real Time Eligibility vendor. This change will take place in three phases with phase one impacting 62 payors/plans (Medicare, Medicaid and MCR supplements).
You’ll notice more benefit information populated in Epic’s Benefit Collection screens from Availity.
