AskIT Walk-Up Stations Expanded to all Community Hospitals

To better serve our customers, AskIT walk-up support stations have now been added to all community hospitals. This provides customers with another convenient way to get support when they need it. Note: HMH will be opening at a later date.

This enhanced offering is being implemented based on thousands of surveys we received this year. The top request was for IT support to be offered closer to where our customers work.

Employees can stop by AskIT for help anytime between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday for IT equipment or application issues or questions. AskIT can also help with:

  • Network or application access
  • Password and multifactor authentication (MFA) updates
  • Application support
  • Workstations, laptops, printers (and associated accessories)
  • Mobile phones
  • Account support
  • General inquiries
