Ask IT Walk-Up Stations Expanded to all Community Hospitals

To better serve you, Ask IT walk-up support stations have now been added to all community hospital locations. This provides you with another convenient way to get support when you need it. Note: HMH will be opening at a later date.

This enhanced offering comes to you based on the thousands of surveys we received this year. The top request was for IT support to be offered closer to where you work.

If you have IT equipment or application issues or questions, simply stop by for help anytime between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Ask IT can help you with:

  • Network or application access
  • Password and multifactor authentication (MFA) updates
  • Application support
  • Workstations, laptops, printers (and associated accessories)
  • Mobile phones
  • Account support
  • General inquiries
  • And more!
