An Easy Way to Manage SharePoint Calendars

Did you know… an easy way to manage Sharepoint Calendars. Once you create a calendar in SharePoint, you can duplicate it to show as a calendar in Outlook – and updating either syncs the other.

 

  1. Click the calendar header in SharePoint.
  2. It opens the SharePoint calendar in a view by itself. Click the Calendar Tab at the top.
  3. You should see an icon to Connect to Outlook.
  4. Click through messages and you should see a new calendar listed in Outlook.
