A new message has been added to the lab notifications patients receive when accessing their outpatient lab orders within their MyChart accounts. This message will inform patients that their outpatient lab requisition may be an old/duplicate request and if they’re not sure, to reach out to their clinical team to clarify, before having the lab work done.
