We’re aware of some of the challenges you may be experiencing with Epic, including slowness and issues with Ambulatory In Basket and Navigator. We continue to hear and address your feedback, specifically involving Ambulatory In Basket.
Last week, we made enhancements that should improve Epic’s performance for many of you. We’re also applying performance-related fixes from the vendor, as soon as they become available. We anticipate some Ambulatory Navigator improvements this week.
There are also two known In Basket pop-up issues. Epic Corp. has identified a solution that will be implemented in October. In the meantime, to avoid or address these pop-ups, follow these instructions.
