Effective Monday, March 20, when you see Epic’s MSPQ form, all “recommended” questions will be required. If you skip any recommended questions, you’ll see the above message letting you know that your MSPQ is incomplete. You can click Return to MSPQ to complete the missing answers or if you’re unable to complete them, you’ll be required to submit a reason. This change ensures patient interviews are complete and compliant with CMS regulations.
