All Providers: Reason for Blocking Pop-Up Issue

There’s a known issue where the Reason for Blocking window is displaying at the wrong time and not carrying over QuickActions settings. Technical teams are working with Epic to resolve this issue, and we’ll keep you updated on our progress.

In the interim, open and re-save each Result Management QuickAction.

  • Open the Result Management Quick Action Editor and click Edit QuickAction.

  • Click Accept to save your updated QuickAction.
