From 2 to 5 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 9, Epic will experience a planned downtime to move Epic to the cloud for improved reliability. During this time:

Keep Epic-enabled workstations and laptops on, so they can receive the update. If not, when you first log in after the downtime, your device may take longer to startup and reboot.

Access Epic Read-Only.

Data in Epic Read-Only is current until the downtime begins.

You can’t document or place orders in Epic Read-Only.

Dragon dictation devices will be disconnected from Epic Read-Only.
