All Providers: IT System Maintenance

10 p.m. Friday, March 3 to 6 a.m. Saturday, March 4

IT will perform system maintenance from 10 p.m. Friday, March 3 to approximately 6 a.m. Saturday, March 4. This impacts phones, internet, email and Wi-Fi. Several applications may also be affected, including Epic, GE PACS, GE MacLab, SickBay, Dragon, Soft Lab, CPN and those listed here.

During this maintenance, you may experience slowness and intermittent connectivity issues lasting five to 10 minutes during these times:

  • Friday, March 3 (11-11:30 p.m.)

  • Saturday, March 4 (midnight – 1 a.m.)

  • Saturday, March 4 (2-3 a.m.)

Please save your work frequently and follow the appropriate downtime procedures until access is fully restored.
