GE PACS will experience a planned downtime from 1-5 a.m. Sunday, April 30, for system maintenance. During this time:

You can’t view radiology images in PACS.

Any radiology images processed before the downtime will be available in ZFP, via the image link in Epic Chart Review.

Radiology results for exams finalized before the downtime will be available in Epic Chart Review.

There are no changes to your routine Epic workflows for ordering radiology procedures.

Radiology departments will follow normal downtime procedures and contingencies made to allow radiologists to view emergent exams.

To receive emergent imaging results leading up to or during the downtime, ordering providers should include a good callback phone number in the order instructions.
