At 2 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 5, Daylight Saving Time (DST) ends and clocks will adjust back one hour. Note: Epic won’t automatically correct the time. If you enter data in Epic between 1-2 a.m. (before the time changes) or 1-2 a.m. (after the time changes), be sure to validate the saved times are accurate. Documentation, event times, some BPAs and ADT events may be impacted.
