Agency/Travel/Flex Nurses – System Access and Epic Training

For HR and Hiring Managers

Once HR sets up the agency, travel or flex nurse as a Person of Interest (POI) in MARS, they will get assigned one of the following online trainings during clinical orientation. The nurse will receive an automatic email from LMS with login information. Agency staff should have a System Access Request Form submitted and Epic training completed prior to working a shift.
