Adding Coverage for Automatic Insurance Plan Selection

For Patient Access, Front Desk and Scheduling Staff

To ensure the correct insurance plan is attached after a Real Time Eligibility (RTE) check is completed, Epicwill automatically attach the correct insurance plan to the patient encounter.

Note: This automatic process will only occur if the insurance payer returns the insurance plan information.
