Access Portal Restricted When Traveling Abroad
When you travel to certain countries outside the United States, you may be restricted from using the Access Portal (access.houstonmethodist.org) on both HM-issued and personal devices. This will help mitigate cybersecurity risks associated with regions that have a higher prevalence of cybercrime or malicious activity.
The following countries are restricted, and not all countries are eligible for an exception, including some US territories.
