Epic Hyperdrive Launches for Early Adopters

Starting at 7 a.m. Monday, Feb. 12, a small group of “early adopters” will have access to a new, web-based version of Epic called Hyperdrive. This group will help to ensure this new functionality works as intended, before access is shared with all HM Epic users in March and April.

Epic Hyperdrive is a specialized web-browser, like Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, but used exclusively to access a web-based version of Epic. It provides improved system performance and reliability, along with a more modern look and feel and several new features.

A yellow sticker on some shared workstations indicates Hyperdrive will be enabled on that device. If you use these workstations, be sure to review the cross-application Hyperdrive Companion (click here) and your appropriate, role-based Hyperdrive Companions, available here.
