New Process for Printer Service and Supplies Requests

A new Printer Services option is now available on the IT Help Desk Self-Service Portal. Use this new, quick and easy feature when requesting printer service or supplies.

To request printer service or supplies:

1. Go to the HM intranet and click IT Help Desk, or access it.houstonmethodist.org/help.
2. Select Self-Service Portal.
3. Go to Printer Services option (new).
4. Complete the Printer Services Request Form.
