Last weekend, Epic successfully moved to the cloud for improved reliability. The migration also lays the foundation for future enhancements. Thank you for your patience as we completed this major IT initiative.
Known Issue
IT teams are actively working to resolve an issue with Import File Drive (I drive). You may need to update your Import File Drive (I drive) to save files to and from Epic. Since we moved Epic to the cloud, many people who previously used their personal I drives, no longer see this file in Epic. While you can use the network drive, it will work much slower.
To update your I drive to save files to and from Epic, see the story below under Epic Updates.
Reminders
- Remember to log into Windows and Epic using your HM user ID. Using your HM email to log into Windows will cause Epic access errors.
- Follow these steps to reset your Haiku or Canto configuration.
