Add New Updated Order, if Preferred
The vasopressin order was recently updated to align the default dose with current clinical recommendations. Due to this update, the outdated order has been removed from personal preference lists (saved favorites) in Epic. If preferred, you can favorite the new vasopressin order from the Facility List and add it to your saved favorites.
