You may have seen messages in your Microsoft Teams account from Ask HR Hub instructing you how to ask to view your paycheck. But did you know that Ask HR Hub is also an artificial intelligence tool that can answer your human resources-related questions at any time?
To add the Ask HR Hub chatbot to your Teams taskbar, select the ellipsis (three horizontal dots) icon, then search “Ask HR Hub,” right-click on the app, and pin it to your taskbar.
You can then select Ask HR Hub to ask questions, search through HR policies, and submit and track tickets for further review by the HR Hub team. This feature doesn’t take the place of the chat feature in MARS where you live chat with the HR Hub team, but the Ask HR Hub chatbot is available 24/7.
