
Effective Sunday, April 21, Marco Technologies will replace Dove Print Solutions as our printer services, toner and repair vendor. This change will affect all printers systemwide (except label and armband Zebra printers), including our hospitals, emergency care centers, physician offices, Research Institute and corporate departments.
From now through Saturday, April 20
- Contact Dove − not the IT Help Desk.
- Order just enough toner to last through April 20.
Beginning April 21
- Contact the IT Help Desk for services and supplies.
- Marco Technologies will provide the same services as Dove, but most printers will automatically alert Marco when toner is running low.
