Non-Employee System Access Expires After One Year

For security reasons, system access for users who are not employed by Houston Methodist (e.g., contractors, vendors, providers, etc.) expires after one year. If you are a leader who needs access extended, please submit a System Access Request form at itsupport.houstonmethodist.org.

Note: Access can’t be extended over the phone and must be submitted by the hiring manager, HR delegate or an executive assistant.
