Beginning July 1, if you currently receive a phone call for multifactor authentication (MFA), you’ll no longer be able do so. For security purposes, the only methods available will be a text message to your mobile device or installing the Microsoft Authenticator app.
To verify your current MFA settings, visit this link. If possible, make sure you have an alternate number that can accept text messages listed in your profile as a backup MFA option.
If you no longer have access to the mobile number listed in the MFA settings, please have your manager submit a request on itsupport.houstonmethodist.org to update your number.
