Post-Alteplase (Tenecteplase) and Post-LVO blood pressure orders now link to Notify Physician for vitals orders in Epic. This will prevent multiple providers from entering conflicting blood pressure parameter orders for a stroke patient. When placing a Notify physician for vital signs order for a stroke patient, follow the instructions in the order. For more information, review this tip sheet.
