Epic Maintenance and Downtime This Week

No Changes: Now through 3:30 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 15
Some Epic personalization features are unavailable, and no changes or enhancements can be made now through 5 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 12 through 3:30 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 15. You’re able to work in Epic as usual, but you won’t be able to:

• Apply filters in Chart Review.

• Create, edit and share NoteWriter macros, SmartPhrases and SmartLinks.

• Create and edit In Basket QuickActions.

Downtime: 2-3:30 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 15
Epic will experience a downtime from 2-3:30 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 15, for system improvements. During this time, Epic Read-Only will be available for patient information current as of the downtime start. Note: You can’t document or place orders in Epic Read-Only.
