Patient Lookup Displays Records in the Order They Were Opened
Effective Wednesday, Nov. 9
Beginning Wednesday, Nov. 9, when you use Patient Lookup in Epic, it will now show open patient records in the order they were opened (with the most recently opened patient at the top). Previously, when you had multiple patient records open and you accessed Patient Lookup from certain activities, the current, active patient appeared first. Be sure you confirm which patient chart you’re in prior to entering data.
