Starting Monday, Oct. 31, at HMH, acute care physical therapy (PT) will now manage inpatient wound vacs, instead of the Wound Care Center and WOCNs.

The Negative Pressure Wound Therapy checkbox will be removed from the Consult to Wound and Continence Nurse order.

No changes were made to Consult PT wound care. Negative Pressure Wound Therapy is still listed, with same options.
