Updates to Book It for Recurring Visits
Book It within Epic now has several improvements to scheduling recurring visits, benefitting high volume areas, like PT/OT/rehab. These improvements include:
Match remaining recurring visits from the Schedules View.

The Match Remaining button for recurring visits will be available in the Schedules and Open Slots views of Book It.
Add more occurrences to a recurring visit.

If you need to add more occurrences than what you initially set up, click Add Occurrence on the Visit Card.
Select recurring visit occurrences individually in the Schedules View.

You can manually select the date and time for each appointment in a recurring series, instead of the system identifying potential appointments.
