Gold Stars Level 9 Three Years in a Row!
HM has once again been recognized by Epic Corp. as a Gold Stars recipient. This year we achieved the prestigious Gold Stars level 9, our third consecutive year at this level. This achievement is based on our adoption of more than 700 Epic tools and features including ones that positively impact the patient experience, improve physician and nursing productivity and help us to be more mobile.

More than 1.13 million patients have an active HM MyChart account.

In the last 12 months, our patients scheduled more than 83,000 appointments through MyChart and more than 271,000 patients completed the MyChart eCheck-in before their appointments.

Nearly 78 million patient records have been exchanged with other organizations since we started using Care Everywhere in 2016, including more than 9.6 million between January and May of 2022.
