Make-up sessions for ITIL training available via WebEx on Feb. 7 or 8

If you missed the ITIL service model training last year, additional sessions for directors, managers and staff are scheduled from 9 a.m. to noon or 1 to 4 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 7, and Friday, Feb. 8. You only need to attend one session.

To sign up for a WebEx session via LMS:

1. In MARS > LMS SuccessFactors, search for item 1564002.
2. Register for the session (it will show Enroll/Launch) in My Learning Pages.
3. At the time/date of your session, click on the item to start the online course and get the WebEx link.
   1. The WebEx link is available only when that class begins, so you can’t start it earlier or later.
