Updates to Complex Assessment, Cares/Safety Flowsheets and Admission Navigator in Epic
Effective Monday, July 18

Starting Monday, July 18, more than 80 rows in the Complex Assessment and Cares/Safety flowsheets and the Admission Navigator in Epic will be updated, added or removed to provide opportunities for greater efficiency when completing documentation.

The changes include modifications to several rows within the Hygiene section of the Cares/Safety flowsheet to better reflect related clinical activities and decisions. To view a spreadsheet of all the changes, click here.

Many of these changes will remove or rearrange selections to make the options more consistent with those most frequently documented and ensure greater clinical clarity. These changes are based on usage analysis and recommendations from subject matter experts across the system.
