Ambulatory: Tobacco/E-cigarette/Vaping added to Rooming History section for OB/GYN departments.
Beacon: Cancer Conference Note requires cosign.
ClinDoc: New Patient List column displays last weight and date/time entered. Nursing Summary Activity has a green banner if the patient has a pain pump. Cardiovascular users can document Arterial/Venous sheath insertion site on the LDA avatar. IP nurses have a limited Oncology navigator if their patient has an active treatment plan.
OpTime: Updates to Perfusion Initiation flowsheets with new Weight and BSA rows. Update to Pan Bypass Data flowsheet and related print group with new PAN Calculated row. Blood Product Refusal added to Anesthesia Storyboard. New “Please document Resume Event” hard stop warning for anesthesia if event is paused.
Orders: New warning for clinicians when Mylotarg is ordered from Manage Orders if the dose is <1.89mg or =>3.9mg. Consult orders for Palliative Care, Social Work and Case Management now trigger text on MSSP patients to ACO.
Willow: New 14-Day Planned Med Report for pharmacy buyers. Female patients age 10-55 will receive pregnancy BPAs if they have an unknown OB/GYN status.
