On Saturday, June 11, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., LaborWorkx will experience a downtime that could affect your ability to access some standard resources, including the LaborWorkx portal, Workforce application and Quick Badge. Prepare for this downtime to ensure you comply with LaborWorkx timelines for the pay period ending June 18.
Before the downtime begins:

Complete any outstanding Clocking and Calendar Transactions.

Print your individual schedule in staff scheduling areas.
Timecard management

Address all calendar and clocking requests.

Resolve all critical exceptions.

Print out timecard summary or transaction details report.
Staff scheduling management

Finalize and publish schedules.

Address all outstanding requests (transactions, unavailability, trades and request to work).

Print out seven-day roster or daily roster per day/shift.

Export schedules into Excel for the downtime.
