To ensure our wayfinding kiosks and digital display boards are continuously available for patients and staff, please report issues with these devices to the IT Service Desk, including frozen messaging or displayed error messages. Messages on the digital display boards should change every 30 seconds.
If you notice the screen on a wayfinding kiosk is locked or zoomed in, you may be able to reset the home screen. Simply touch the screen and pinch with two fingers to zoom out, as you do on a smartphone. This should reset the page.
