LMS Training Now Available for New Cardiology Compact Form
SmartForm for Resulting Documentation to be Replaced on April 20

Starting Wednesday, April 20, a new Cardiology Compact form will replace the current SmartForm for resulting Echo, Echo stress and nuclear SPECT documentation in Epic. To understand these changes, please complete the Resulting Cardiology Studies: Compact Forms training in LMS (course# 1613043).

Training has been assigned in LMS or you can self-register and complete the training.

1. Log into LMS SuccessFactors through MARS, then click the Learning For instructions on accessing this outside the HM network, click here.

2. In the Find Learning box, enter 1613043 or Resulting Cardiology Studies in the search bar, then click Go.

3. Click Start Course or the course name hyperlink, then the Assign to Me

The new Compact form uses a one-screen view and provides field selections that require less clicks and are in line with current IAC and ASC regulations. No additional impact to your existing workflows is involved.
