Starting Wednesday, April 20, a new Cardiology Compact form will replace the current SmartForm for resulting Echo, Echo stress and nuclear SPECT documentation in Epic. The new form uses a one-screen view, with field selections that require less clicks and are aligned with current IAC and ASC regulations. There’s no additional impact to your existing workflows.
