Access MSSP Risk Scores via Storyboard
Starting Tuesday, March 22, you’ll be able to access your patients’ MSSP Risk Scores from Storyboard. This will allow you to see readmission and ED utilization risk scores while documenting in a patient’s chart. To access, simply hover over the MSSP flag in Storyboard.
