For All Inpatient Nurses
Starting Sunday, March 6, you can send three bedside admission questionnaires (nutrition, living situation and travel) to your patients’ MyChart Bedside accounts, eliminating the need for you to ask these questions directly. Upon completion of the questionnaire, their responses will automatically populate the appropriate flowsheet and navigator fields in Epic.
To assign a bedside questionnaire, click Assign Bedside Questionnaires from the More Activities dropdown menu, then enter MyChart Bedside in the search bar to find the appropriate questionnaires to assign.
Patients will receive notifications of the assigned questionnaires through Your Hospital Stay, a MyChart feature for admitted patients.
