A cross-functional workgroup comprised of eight IT teams has been collaborating to lay the foundation for a Knowledge Base (KB) that will eventually sit on https://itsupport.houstonmethodist.org. KB is a library of commonly asked questions about IT systems, applications and processes.
We need your help to build this KB in ChangeGear by developing KB articles (KBAs). Each IT team has an assigned KB guru who will coordinate KBA assignments for your team. See the full list of KB gurus, and stay tuned for more information.
