Contacting the IT Service Desk for Project Updates – Use This Email Address
When you need to reach the entire IT Service Desk team about project updates or other information, send it to the team’s Outlook distribution list: IT-INFRSVCS-HD-CONTR@houstonmethodist.org.Be sure to use this distribution list — and not helpdesk@houstonmethodist.org or itsupport@houstonmethodist.org. These two are reserved for end users who are submitting Incident Requests and Service Requests. |
