As announced, we are changing the name of IT Help Desk to IT Service Desk. To align with this change, the display name for these automatic emails is changing from CGAdmin to IT Support.
Another change that went into effect this week is a new email address for the IT Service Desk, itsupport@houstonmethodist.org — for customer use only. The old email address, helpdesk@houstonmethodist.org, will work for now but will eventually phase out.
