Owner Field Names Updated

The ChangeGear Owner field has been updated with more intuitive selections. The next time you enter an Incident or Service Request, you’ll see some new selections.

This includes renaming the Help Desk to Service Desk, and desktop support names now include the entity’s HM abbreviations.
