New LMS Course: Epic CAD201 Gatekeeper Lite

A new course in LMS is available for individuals needing advanced scheduling access in Epic (New Hire CAD201 Gatekeeper Lite – course #1594009). This short course includes a quiz that must be passed at 100%. There is no limit to the number of times you can take the quiz.

Specific functions covered include:

• Override held time

• Super overbook

• Edit EOD status

• Override session limits

 Prerequisites for this course:  

• PO: CAD101, 102, 103 and CAD300.

• Hospital outpatient registration and scheduling: CAD300 and CAD400.

• Ambulatory: AMB200 (for staff with clinical background).

If you only need the specific functions offered in CAD201 Gatekeeper Lite, you can take this course instead of CAD200 Template Build. Note: CAD201 won’t give you access to edit a template. If you need to create/edit templates, the CAD200 Template Build is still required.
