All IT employees are required to attend mandatory ITIL training. The training, which must be completed before year end, introduces a new integrated IT service management framework. The training will be held in Scurlock B2 and you must take the shuttle. To register for training, visit LMS SuccessFactors.
- All IT employees (including managers and directors) need to attend one, half-day (3 ½ hour) ITILv4 Overview class (no exam). There are sixteen sessions available Dec. 10-14 at either 8:30 a.m. to noon or 1:30 to 5 p.m. Select the session that works best for you.
- Managers and directors only must complete five, half-day ITILv3 Foundation (with exam) sessions. Sessions are offered Nov. 26-30 or Dec. 3-7 (8:30 a.m. to noon or 1:30 to 5 p.m.).
