Epic v2018 upgrade and OnBase implementation a success.

After several months of preparation, we successfully upgraded to Epic v2018 on Sunday, Nov. 11. Additionally, Hyland OnBase, a new scanning and imaging system replaced MPF. Minimal issues were reported with rapid resolution. Congratulations and thank you to everyone involved.
